Hand Polishing
The term "hand polishing" indicates polishing performed manually, without the use of an electric polisher. The product is applied to the surface using a manual pad and worked with controlled movements, exerting uniform pressure.
This technique can be used to attenuate small surface scratches, light oxidation, opacity and localized imperfections. It is particularly useful on narrow or difficult to reach areas with a polisher, such as handles, pillars, edges, profiles and bodywork details.
To carry out hand polishing correctly it is necessary to choose an abrasive product and a pad suitable for the conditions of the paint. The treatment must be carried out on a clean and decontaminated surface, working small areas at a time until the product is correctly broken down.
It is an effective solution for targeted interventions, small touch-ups and processes that require greater precision.
