Shipments are made only within Italy and Europe. Customers wishing to purchase "The Care" products from other geographical areas can contact IPMShop S.r.l. at ordini@the-care.it, providing information on the desired items and the shipping address, so we can provide an accurate quote.

Payment

Orders placed on the the-care.it can be paid for by irrevocable bank transfer or other payment methods selected at checkout. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of each payment method or service provider for more information. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, once the order has been placed, the full amount of the order must be transferred to the Customer's bank account, and proof of payment must be sent to ordini@the-care.it with a reference to the order. Order processing will only begin after payment is received. Furthermore, if paying by bank transfer, payment must be made no later than seven (7) days from the date the order is placed. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled. If the buyer chooses to pay by bank transfer after seven (7) days from the order date and the order cannot be shipped, at the sole discretion of IPMShop S.r.l., €5 + VAT will be deducted, as well as a variable cost ranging from 0.5% to 20% of the order amount, to cover refund costs incurred by IPMShop S.r.l.

Order Confirmation and Invoicing

After placing the order on the-care.it, an order confirmation email will be sent. This email will also be considered valid as a receipt for payment and for guarantee purposes towards IPMShop S.r.l. If you wish to receive an invoice for your order, you must do so by replying to the order confirmation email within seven (7) days of receiving the email. If you specify a VAT number when placing your order or in your Customer profile on the the-care.it website, the invoice for your order will be automatically issued as soon as the payment has been processed and received by IPMShop S.r.l. NB: pursuant to art. 21 of Presidential Decree 633/72 and in compliance with the legislation on Electronic Invoicing, an invoice with tax value (in XML format) will be regularly sent to the Revenue Agency (SDI) portal. This invoice will be made available in your reserved area on the Revenue Agency website.

Order Processing

The order will be processed (processing includes preparing the packages and arranging for collection by the carrier) within three (3) business days of receiving payment, subject to stock availability. If one or more items are not immediately available, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange with you for partial shipment, a hold, or a refund.

Shipping

After receiving payment, IPMShop S.r.l. will prepare the goods and hand them over to the courier. Estimated delivery times are one (1) to seven (7) business days after collection, in most Italian locations. Delivery times do not include Saturdays and holidays. Any delays incurred by the courier during transportation are not the responsibility of IPMShop S.r.l. and cannot constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation. Please note that the goods will be shipped only after the full order amount has been credited to IPMShop S.r.l.'s bank account (delivery times depend on the payment method chosen when placing the order).

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address indicated on the order form. Since it is not possible to arrange a specific delivery time with the express courier, we recommend providing an address where someone will always be available to collect the order. It is necessary to accurately indicate both the house number and the postal code of the area, and the name indicated on the order must match the name on the intercom. When collecting the goods, we recommend always checking that the number of packages shown on the shipping document matches the number ordered and that the delivered packages are perfectly intact.

Failure to Collect

If the Customer or their representative is absent at the time of delivery, the express courier will leave a failed delivery notice. They can request a free redelivery of the shipment, following the instructions in the notice, within three (3) days. If the goods are not collected at the second delivery, the express courier will hold the goods at its warehouse for three (3) days. In the event of failure to collect, the Customer will be charged for additional storage and failed collection costs.
