How can I track the shipment?
Shipments on The Care are entrusted to the courier DHL, with 24/48h national delivery once the order has been prepared and is ready for pickup (a process that may take up to 72h in the event of strikes or similar circumstances).
Once your order has been handed over to the DHL courier, you will receive a notification via Email, and the status of your Order will change from “Preparing order” to “Shipped”. The email will contain tracking information, but you can also find the tracking number directly from the order history on the-care.it by following the steps listed below:
- Log in to the website the-care.it using the account credentials associated with the order you wish to track
- Go to the Order History section by clicking on the account icon >My Account>Order history and details
- Click on "Details" on the right of the row corresponding to the order you wish to track
- Scroll down the page past the order contents
- Under the "Tracking number" column you will find the tracking number required to track your order
Once you have obtained the tracking number, you can enter it on the DHL tracking page by entering the tracking number, thus obtaining information related to the shipment of your order.
