When do car windows fog up?
The phenomenon of fogging of windows and visors generally occurs when differences or variations in temperature occur, some of the most common can be:
- Heating : when we turn on the car's internal heating in winter or wear a motorbike helmet, we generate a temperature difference with the outside inside the vehicle or helmet
- Rain : during rainy days humidity is generated which can cause condensation on the windscreen, as it is colder than the surrounding air
- Temperature change : when sudden changes in temperature occur in a hot or cold environment
Fogging is a natural phenomenon that limits visibility and can compromise driving safety.
To reduce or avoid it, clean the windows regularly with Glass Cleaner , carry out the Antifog anti-fog treatment and follow our advice.
