How to apply shampoo for shiny surfaces?
Applying car shampoo to shiny surfaces requires care to avoid damaging the finish and achieve a clean, shiny result.
Materials:
- Good quality car shampoo
- Two buckets, one for water with shampoo and one for clean water
- A sponge or wash mitt or a clean, non-abrasive microfiber cleaning cloth
- A garden hose or low-pressure water jet (if available)
Procedure:
- Prepare the product with water : fill a bucket with warm water and add the product. Mix well to create a soapy but not excessively foamy solution
- Prepare the product without water : the professional car shampoo is in a ready-to-use formula and can therefore be used pure. Spray it directly on the surface thanks to its convenient spray applicator or on the professional washing glove to moisten and clean it before starting washing
- Prepare the surface : Start by wetting the surface with plenty of clean water to remove coarse dirt. You can do this using a garden hose or a low-pressure water jet
- Wash the surface : dip the sponge, glove or microfiber cloth in the shampoo solution and wring it out lightly so it doesn't drip excessively. Wash a small area at a time, working in sections. Apply the shampoo solution to the shiny surface with gentle, circular motions. Avoid applying too much pressure, as it may cause scratches. Change the sponge or cloth regularly to avoid bringing dirt back to the surface, frustrating the cleaning work in progress
- Remove impurities and contaminants : after having washed and cleaned well, taking care to inspect the entire surface to remove impurities and contaminants present on the bodywork and other external plastic and metal parts of your car, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Use a separate bucket or low-pressure water jet to completely remove the cleaner. Make sure there is no soap residue on the surface, as it can leave streaks and streaks
- Dry the surface : Dry the surface with a clean, dry soft microfiber cloth to avoid water spots. Be sure to dry gently without applying too much pressure
The professional shampoo from The Care Shampoo Wax collection contains wax and has been created to obtain a super shiny finish at the end of each wash, thanks to the combined use of the Shampoo Glove wash glove.

The washing frequency can be weekly or monthly depending on the weather conditions and the level of pollution present in the air.
